There is a growing awareness of the impact of cumulative and major incident stress and trauma exposure in rescue.

This one-day workshop targets best practices used by rescue teams through the United States, for support of stress awareness and mitigation among rescuers and teams. This training includes overview of Psychological First Response, Incident Support Tools for leaders, and Exposure protocol for traumatic stress. Overview of industry trends and innovations will allow rescuers opportunity to name and address current stressors in rescue with tool-based approach for mitigation.
