Every Medic thinks that when they are faced with Facial Trauma they can get Medivac quickly and easily. This may not be the case. Weather and other factors could prevent this. This course is based on that situation (the stimulus of this workshop was such a situation , faced by my colleague in Kurdistan)

Jaw dislocation is easy to treat. The longer you wait the harder it gets.

In this stepwise pictorial hands on workshop, you will learn how simple reduction, stabilisation of Jaw Fracture . We will discuss through step by step pictorial slides and practice the various contemporary ways you can reduce dislocated jaw joint. Procedures that can do no harm, but if successful a world of satisfaction. We will go through useful techniques of inserting post & anterior nasal packs. Stabilisation of midface fractures.
