Maintaining Proficiency as a volunteer Technical Rescue Team – Most teams have a wide variety of missions and must maintain proficiency in a large number of technical skills. With all of the things competing for a rescuer’s time, how do volunteer teams maintain proficiency in technical rescue skills? This session will look at methods teams can use to ensure they complete regular, meaningful training, as well as tools and methods for enhancing, measuring and tracking progress.
