This plenary session will present an overview of trends in rescue utilization, as well as the innovations in operational tools utilized by rescue teams in the United States to plan for, recognize, and mitigate the impact of both traumatic and operational stress in rescue professionals and teams. Tools include Psychological First Response, the Rescuer Stress Continuum, and incident support methods.
