Presentation of the EDSS (Emergency Decision Support System) IT platform, an IT platform with artificial intelligence module that allows you to create the event scenario in the event of a natural disaster. The creation of the event scenario is essential to allow the operations room operators to activate the instrumental and human resources adequate for the purpose, avoiding underestimates the severity overestimates. The EDSS platform integrates data from civil protection sensors distributed on the territory, with data and information acquired through semantic research on social networks.
