Drone Capabilities for SAR

12 Oct 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM

In recent years, drones have become an important part of the SAR arsenal. From thermal imaging, situational awareness, and reconnaissance, through to the deployment of lifesaving payloads, these systems have made the once costly aerial dimension of search and rescue accessible to all. Yet this is just the start. The talk is designed as an introduction to this important topic.
